Research Experience & Area of Specialisation

14 years of research experience in Characterization of Natural Products by using NMR, LC-MS/MS, GC-MS and other spectroscopic techniques. Trace element analysis and characterization of metals and minerals by using ICPMS and other spectral techniques. Analytical Method development and validation of drugs as per regulatory guidelines..

1. Untargetted approach to the geochemical characterization of Hypothecated Muppu (Marine sediments collected from Bay of Bengal at Rameswaram and white powdery salts collected from Kovanur and Sidhha malli)

3. Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis of Chembu (copper) in ‘Chembu containing Plants’ by using Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectroscopy (ICP-OES) – A Scientific validation of Siddha claim.
